Foreign Investment in U.S. Real Estate

Attorney Michael Karlin will present a session titled "Foreign Investment in U.S. Real Estate" at the Crocker Symposium. The presentation will cover basic income tax rules, withholdings, estate and gift taxes and structuring. He will explain how there aren't always perfect solutions when structuring, and how sometimes it can result in "picking your poison."
