Title IX and Campus Security

Attorneys Nathan Adams and Phil Catanzano will lead an interactive presentation for the Association of Florida Colleges Campus Safety Symposium. Their session will focus on the duties on colleges to assess the campus climate, to track sexual misconduct the institution, and to prevent and respond to dangerous developments. In addition to Title IX, topics covered will include how the Annual Security Reports (ASR) that institutions must publish every year relate to Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), as well as how the federal government utilizes these reports in its regulatory and enforcement role.
