Cocktails and Conversation About S.B. 35 and the Housing Crisis

On March 8, West Berkeley Investors, a subsidiary of Blake Griggs Properties, filed California's first application under S.B. 35, providing for a streamlined ministerial approval of 260 units of housing – 50 percent of which will be affordable to low-income households – in Berkeley, California.
