Partner Frederick Braid will be moderating two panels at the 22nd Annual NYU Employment Law Workshop for Federal Judges. The workshop spans three days, March 20-22 and it brings together federal judges, management and labor counsel for discussions on topical issues. 

Mr. Braid's first panel will include the Honorable John Koeltl (SDNY) and is titled “Evidence Issues/Use of Experts.” His second panel will include the Honorable Helen Adams (SDIA) and is titled "Technology in the Workplace: Social Media, Online Job Searching/Recruiting and Artificial Intelligence." This Workshop is sponsored by the Federal Judicial Center, the Institute of Judicial Administration, and NYU School of Law’s Center for Labor and Employment Law.
