Corporate Services Partner Stephen Dietrich will join a DHG webinar titled "PPP & Loan Necessity" to discuss the “Loan Necessity Questionnaire’s," recently released by the Small Business Administration (SBA), for borrowers under the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Companies with PPP loans over $2 million will have 10 days to submit answers to their lender.
The panel of professionals that have been analyzing PPP issues since the inception of the program will discuss and answer the following questions during their session:
- How much time do I have to complete the form?
- Can the answers on these forms impact forgiveness?
- What is the impact on my previous certifications?
- What does the SBA mean by some of the terms used on the forms?
