What's Next for Space Arbitration?

International Arbitration and Litigation attorney Laura Zielinski and Litigation attorney Marisa Marinelli will participate in a virtual panel organized by the Space Arbitration Association and hosted by Space Watch Global. The panel will center discussions around commercial initiatives directed at mitigating risks, the current state of international legal efforts, risk management in space contracts and the role international arbitration plays as a complementary protection.
