Bankruptcy attorneys Cameron Rivers and Anna Sankaran will participate in the 18th Annual Renewable Energy Law Institute, hosted by The University of Texas at Austin School of Law Office of Continuing Legal Education (UT Law CLE). Their session will take place on the first day of the two-day event and will explore bankruptcy issues related to renewable energy projects. Using the recent Brazos case stemming from Winter Storm Uri as an example, they will explain general bankruptcy considerations applicable to all energy projects as well as ones specific to renewable energy.
