16th Biennial Parker C. Fielder Oil, Gas, and Energy Tax Conference

Energy and tax attorneys Amish Shah and Madeleine Tan will participate in UT Law CLE's 16th Biennial Parker C. Fielder Oil, Gas, and Energy Tax Conference in Houston. The event convenes leading members of the oil, gas and energy tax community and offers an array of sessions covering topics affecting both the public and private sector. Mr. Shah and Ms. Tan will both present on the first day of the conference. Mr. Shah's session will explore opportunities under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) for companies in the energy sector, and Ms. Tan's session will focus on the Section 45Q tax credit for carbon oxide sequestration.
