The Future of Rail Transport and Multi-Modal Transport

Transportation & Infrastructure attorney Jameson Rice will speak at the International Bar Association's (IBA) Annual Conference in Paris. His session will take place on the fourth day of the event and will explore the future of rail and multi-modal transport. Speakers will discuss the thesis that in 2034, rail carriage under the Uniform Rules concerning the Contract of International Carriage of Goods by Rail (CIM) will rule global multi-modal contracts of carriage.

Attorney Laura Zielinski will also participate in the conference in a presentation focused on developments in space law.
