Recent Developments in International Arbitration — Swiping Left, Swiping Right

International Arbitration and Litigation attorney Marisa Marinelli will facilitate a program hosted by the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) at Holland & Knight's New York office. The fast-paced session will review developments in international arbitration around the world, from the United States to Asia, as well as offer insights on what each of these developments could mean for parties. Ms. Marinelli will provide introductory remarks, and Gary Born, chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group at WilmerHale, will lead the discussion.
