Legal and Governance Perspectives in Mexico, Europe and the U.S.

Corporate attorney Claudia García will participate as a panelist in a program hosted by Experts Sustainability Consultants exploring the role of corporate governance in corporative responsibility and sustainability. Presentations will address topics related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors, climate change and best practices for sustainable governance. Ms. García, alongside other international professionals, will offer legal perspectives on these issues from the systems in Mexico, Europe and the United States.
