The election will bring a new administration and Congress with distinct policy priorities concerning the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), including food enforcement, cannabis and psychedelic rescheduling, regulation of digital health and other novel technologies entering the market, as well as product approvals.
