Hydrocarbon Sector Reforms: Challenges and Opportunities

Energy & Natural Resources attorney Gabriel Ruiz will participate in a seminar hosted by the Nuevo León Chapter of the Mexican Bar Association (BMA). The program will address reforms to Mexico's hydrocarbons sector, with analysis of both the challenges posed by the changes as well as the opportunities for companies in the industry.
