4th Annual Florida Resilience Conference

Public Affairs Advisor Tori Deal will participate in the 4th Annual Florida Resilience Conference, co-hosted by the Florida Shore & Beach Preservation Association and Resiliency Florida. The annual event fosters conversations among elected officials, state and local government agency representatives and industry professionals on resilience initiatives in the Sunshine State and the ways changing environmental trends and policies are affecting communities and businesses. Ms. Deal will serve on the planning committee for the energy-focused portion of the conference, which includes moderating a morning session on September 19, 2025, that will feature presentations on adaptation strategies for climate-related hazards, energy resilience, energy efficiency and reducing household energy costs, and maintaining energy security in the age of artificial intelligence (AI).
