Climate Change: Capacity for Environmental Control and Monitoring

Environmental attorney José Vicente Zapata will serve as a speaker during the 27th International Environmental Law Conference hosted by the Universidad Externado de Colombia. The goal of the event is to foster conversations, from a legal perspective, about the transformations necessary to incorporate climate aspects into environmental licensing and ensure that projects are sustainable in the current environment of climate change. Mr. Zapata's presentation will address environmental control and monitoring components that should factor into project development.
