The New Venezuelan Hydrocarbons Law: Scope, Intent and Viability

Energy & Natural Resources attorney José Vicente Zapata will be a featured speaker during a webinar hosted by the Institute of the Americas analyzing Venezuela's new hydrocarbons law.
