Compensation and Mandatory 1% Investment

Environmental attorney José Vicente Zapata will serve as an instructor for a Responsible Environmental Licenses Workshop, hosted by the Universidad Externado de Colombia's Department of Environmental and Land Use Law. The virtual program will present and analyze relevant aspects of the Colombian legal framework governing environmental licenses, permits, concessions and other administrative processes, as well as examine the most recent amendments to it. José Vicente's session will focus on the country's compensation measures and mandatory 1 percent investment regime.
