Building Your Future at Holland & Knight: Peter Hardy's Integration Experience

Litigation attorney Peter Hardy shares an inside look at his integration experience at Holland & Knight. He explains how the program helps new hires get to know the firm and colleagues through providing reciprocal introductions across teams and fostering a welcoming, supportive environment.

What brings, I think, a really unique aspect to what Holland & Knight does is they have a very precise and concrete integration program for laterals. They have staff who have been specifically hired to assist you to get to know the firm, to introduce you to specific people and to make sure that, you know, it's reciprocal, that the rest of the firm also comes to you.

Despite how successful people here are, they've been genuinely nice and welcoming. Law firms can be tough, but I have been very pleasantly surprised by that here, and I'm very grateful.
