The 2003 Amendments to the Florida APA

During the 2003 Regular Session, the Florida Legislature enacted another measure that amends Florida's Administrative Procedure Act (APA). The bill, CS/ CS/SB 1584, generally is designed to minimize unnecessary delays in the administrative hearing process and to address several recent court decisions interpreting earlier amendments to the APA.
