Members of Holland & Knight's Compliance Services Group collaborated on an Association of Corporate Counsel InfoPAK Titled "Building and Developing Compliance Programs: Preparing and Protecting Your Organization." Daniel I. Small served as editor for the InfoPak.

It explains why a compliance program is a necessity for every company and the standards that must be met in order for it to be effective. In addition, this InfoPAK explores how to properly train employees to understand compliance and ensure that everyone at the organization takes compliance seriously.
