Members of Holland & Knight's Compliance Services Group collaborated on an Association of Corporate Counsel InfoPAK Titled "Building and Developing Compliance Programs: Preparing and Protecting Your Organization." Daniel I. Small served as editor for the InfoPak.

It explains why a compliance program is a necessity for every company and the standards that must be met in order for it to be effective.
