California’s New Housing Laws And How Newsom May Implement Them

The laws continue a significant trend of increasing expectations on local governments to create sufficient housing to reduce the state's housing crisis, but many await to see how Governor-elect Gavin Newsom will achieve his goal to oversee the construction of 3.5 million new housing units by 2025 in California.
