New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania Tag-Team Mortgage Servicers with More Regulation

Of Counsel Bob Jaworski wrote an article published in the American Bar Association's Banking Law Committee Journal summarizing new mortgage servicing laws and regulations in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Drawing a comparison to the tag-team technique used in wrestling, Mr. Jaworski says these new state regulations, in combination with additional federal requirements, have made the mortgage service field more demanding and complex.
