New Pilot Records Database Resource Guide Now Available

Aviation attorney Marina O'Brien co-authored a guide for National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) members outlining a new final rule issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) introducing the electronic Pilot Records Database (PRD). The rule includes new mandates for certain aircraft operators with the intent to improve safety by improving the pilot hiring process. This guide is designed to help operators determine if they’ll have obligations under the new rule and the deadline for meeting those obligations.
