Integrating Nonlawyer Professionals in Law Firm DEI Initiatives
Holland & Knight attorneys Olufunke LeRoy and Ellen Wiah co-authored an article for The Legal Intelligencer highlighting ways law firms could begin integrating non-lawyer professionals into their firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts. They also highlight the benefits of including legal staff and other non-lawyer professionals in DEI efforts, citing that opening these activities to all employees lends itself to a more innovative and collaborative working environment.
