Women and minority lawyers gathered at a Diversity and Flexibility Seminar to share their ideas on how to foster diversity in the workplace. Partner Tiffani Lee participated in the discussion and explained why accountability is crucial to a company that wants to promote diversity.
"The only way to drive change is to factor it into compensation," Ms. Lee says. She explains that partners "are asked about who is on their team and how they are working with the client to ensure the team is diverse and how they are supporting the firm's broader diversity efforts."
