Alcohol Beverage Attorney Michael Newman covers some of the issues facing the wine industry and its clients in North Bay Business Journal interview.
When asked about trademark infringement and small wine producers protecting larger wine producers, Mr. Newman suggested to, "1. Develop a trademark that is truly distinctive; 2. Register the trademark with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office; and 3. Use the trademark extensively."
