Gabay Lawsuit to Revive District Square May Have Merit
The Real Deal
West Coast Land Use and Environment Attorney Ryan Leaderman was quoted in a The Real Deal article on Los Angeles developer Arman Gabay's lawsuit against the city. The suit claims Los Angeles violated California housing law when it nixed a project it had previously approved. "There are very strong merits to the case and the city could be exposed to a significant loss here," Mr. Leaderman said.
