High Court Bias Ruling in Favor of Religious Schools Won't End Disputes

"[The Supreme Court wanted to] give some flexibility to religious institutions to determine whether those positions are really core to inculcating the faith," he said, adding that the decision demonstrated the court would be less formulaic about applying the legal doctrine.
