Holland & Knight Promotes More Partners As Firm Sees Work Tied to Florida Migration
Partner Tiffani Lee spoke with the Daily Business Review about the firm's biggest class of partner elevations in a decade. Holland & Knight promoted 37 new partners this year, compared to only 29 last year. Ms. Lee noted that the new partner class is more than 50% diverse, based on the firm’s consideration of race, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation.
“This is the fifth consecutive year where the promoted class of new partners is more than 50% diverse,” said Ms. Lee. “We’re really going to recruit at places where we’re going to find candidates at underrepresented groups. Once in the firm, we’re making sure they’re developing skillsets that will allow them to serve clients and understand business and leadership development opportunities.”
