The article discusses Jigar Shah's leadership of the LPO and highlights the challenges he faces in allocating the office's increased loan authority and various clean energy projects under consideration. Ms. McDonald shares her thoughts on Shah and the LPO's current application process.
"It's incredibly challenging to get through the application process, especially with all the protections put in place post-Solyndra," she said. "Jigar's team has worked hard to help projects start moving through again, but it's not easy."
