Trump CFPB Pick McKernan to Lead Agency Targeted for Shutdown

Bloomberg Law

Mr. Moran expressed concerns about the challenges McKernan will face in maintaining agency supervision and enforcement activity amid uncertainty about its future.

"He may face some constraints ahead of him as it's not at all clear what the endgame is," he said.
