Holland & Knight Listed as Top Bankruptcy Law Firm by The Deal

WASHINGTON, D.C. – For the second year in a row, Holland & Knight LLP is listed as the #1 bankruptcy law firm in the U.S. by The Deal. Holland & Knight had 267 active bankruptcy cases as of Sept. 30, 2005, the highest number of any law firm.

Holland & Knight partners Robert Labate, John Monaghan, Rudy Pittaluga and associate Lynne Xerras were included in the list of the top 50 bankruptcy lawyers, and are currently handling a combined 162 active assignments.
