Holland & Knight Partner Greg Meeder Appointed by the American Arbitration Association as a Construction Industry Dispute Resolution Specialist
Chicago, Ill. – December 15, 2010 – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Greg Meeder, a partner in the firm's Chicago office, has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Roster of Neutrals as an Arbitrator for Construction Disputes. As a member of the Roster, Meeder will be included in the AAA's directory in an eight-state area in the Midwest. Only attorneys with a minimum of 10 years in legal practice, with at least 50 percent of practice for the past 10 years devoted to construction law matters, are considered for membership.
Meeder is the Regional Construction Practice Group Leader for the Midwest and a partner in the firm's National Construction Industry Practice Group. He focuses his practice on complex construction litigation and the representation of public owners, property developers, underground contractors, construction companies, commercial banks, corporations, partnerships, title insurance companies and individuals with regard to multi-million dollar litigation matters.
