Leadership and Experience
Many of our construction lawyers play leadership roles in the industry, including with AGC of America and its various chapters, Construction Financial Management Association, the American Arbitration Association, the American College of Construction Lawyers, the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, and the National Association of Women in Construction. We are members of and regularly collaborate with many industry associations. We regularly present at construction industry meetings and events, teach construction law, collaborate with industry groups on construction industry initiatives and legislation, and contribute to industry publications. We have extensive experience in all matters related to construction industry claims and litigation, including all forms of alternative dispute resolution, and practice in state and federal courts and boards of contract appeals throughout the United States.
