Glenn Adams Named New Head of Holland & Knight's Orlando Office

Orlando, Fla. (March 10, 2014) – Holland & Knight managing partner Steven Sonberg has appointed Glenn Adams to serve as executive partner of the firm's Orlando office. Mr. Adams will oversee the day-to-day management of the 55-lawyer office, while continuing his corporate practice. He replaces Bill Wilson, who served as executive partner in Orlando for 11 years.

"I'm extremely pleased that Glenn is taking on this important role," said Mr. Sonberg. "Orlando and Florida are important elements of Holland & Knight’s geographic strategy. I'm confident that Glenn will help us execute our plans in the region and continue Bill Wilson's fine work."

In addition to his new role as executive partner, Mr. Adams will continue to serve as president of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA). Mr. Adams is also active on the board of directors of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission.

Mr. Adams practices in the areas of corporate and tax law. He advises clients on a variety of business entity issues during the life cycle of the business and has substantial experience advising clients on the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and other joint venture arrangements. He is recognized as a leading attorney in his field by The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers, and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.

Mr. Adams earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Florida and his LL.M. and J.D. degrees from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
