WASHINGTON (December 11, 2014) – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that attorneys Lynn Calkins and Janene Jackson have joined the leadership of the DC Chamber of Commerce as members of the board of directors. Ms. Jackson also will serve as co-chair of the Government Affairs Committee and sit on the board’s Executive Committee. They were elected today at the Chamber’s annual meeting.
Ms. Calkins is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Washington office and the leader of its litigation practice. She represents Washington-area businesses in a wide range of commercial disputes. Ms. Jackson, a senior counsel in the firm’s public policy and regulation group, most recently was the deputy chief of staff and director of the Office of Policy and Legislative Affairs in the administration of Mayor Vincent Gray. Previously, she served as the DC Chamber’s senior vice president for government affairs.
