Holland & Knight Aviation Lawyer Anita Mosner Honored with “Women in Business Law” Award
NEW YORK (June 4, 2015) – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Anita Mosner, deputy chair of the firm’s aviation practice, was named “Best in Aviation” at the fourth annual Americas Women in Business Law Awards in New York on June 3. She joined more than 30 other female lawyers being recognized from across the Americas by the Euromoney Legal Media Group. It is the second year in a row that she has received this award.
Ms. Mosner, a partner in Holland & Knight’s Washington, D.C., office, practices in the areas of aviation law, competition and international law. She represents airlines, airports and other aviation-related businesses in commercial, regulatory affairs and enforcement matters. She has led the launch of both U.S. and foreign air carriers and played a leading role in the development of several major airline alliances and joint ventures.

Winners of the Americas Women in Business Law Awards were selected based on research by the Euromoney Legal Media Group staff. They spoke with lawyers and other professionals across the Americas in both face-to-face and phone interviews, gathering information about candidates and incorporating other research from surveys and legal directories. Individual winners were judged on their professional accomplishments during the last 12 months as well as their influence within their areas of practice.
