Mr. Agudelo has more than six years of experience representing national and international clients in regulated industries, including telecommunications, energy and finance. His practice also involves strategic litigation, risk mitigation and regulatory defense, with a proven success rate in high-stakes cases.

Mr. Agudelo has in-depth knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms, international arbitration and emerging legal technologies. He also obtained an LL.M. focused on law, technology and international dispute resolution, further strengthening his ability to advise clients navigating complex legal landscapes.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Agudelo led litigation efforts for clients facing complex administrative and constitutional challenges, including proceedings before regulatory entities. He has designed and executed legal strategies that prevented sanctions and successfully resolved various cases across civil, administrative and constitutional jurisdictions.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Agudelo contributed to public sector legal reform initiatives as a legal researcher, drafting proposals for justice system improvements and advising government entities on methodologies to prevent unlawful damages. He has a significant background in legal analysis, procedural strategy and cross-functional collaboration with compliance, finance and operations teams.
