Aly Arencibia

Alessandra "Aly" Arencibia is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and focuses her practice on general commercial real estate transactions. She has advised clients on the financing, acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of real estate assets.

Ms. Arencibia is dedicated to supporting clients in navigating the complexities of commercial real estate, ensuring their transactions are structured effectively and aligned with their business goals.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Arencibia was a summer associate in the firm's Miami office. In this role, she gained experience assisting on real estate and real estate finance matters.

While in law school, Ms. Arencibia served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Norma Lindsey of Florida's Third District Court of Appeal and for the Honorable Cristina Rivera Correa of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
