Overview

Richard Ariel is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Mr. Ariel focuses his practice on government contract matters, including bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as claims and investigations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Ariel clerked for the Honorable Eric G. Bruggink of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. As a law clerk, Mr. Ariel worked on a wide range of government contract matters such as bid protests, claims and intellectual property (IP) disputes.

During law school, Mr. Ariel served as the Executive Editor on the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review.
