Daria Boulos

Daria Boulos is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Denver office. Ms. Boulos focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate services.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Boulos gained experience in corporate and M&A matters as a summer associate with Holland & Knight's Corporate Services Team.

While in law school, Ms. Boulos served as a member of the Moot Court Division of Barrister's Council, working closely with students to improve their appellate advocacy skills. She also gained experience working as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sueanna P. Johnson of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
