Overview
Thomas Boynton is an environmental attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Boynton focuses his practice on water law, environmental transactions and environmental regulatory compliance.
Mr. Boynton advises companies, financial institutions, lenders and developers on complex environmental, health and safety issues impacting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt finance, capital markets, real estate and bankruptcy matters. He also has experience advising clients on topics under a range of environmental statutes, including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Boynton served as an environmental transactions attorney at a global law firm in its Dallas office.
