Overview

Jarod A. Brazel is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office, focusing his practice on complex trust and estate dispute resolution.

Mr. Brazel represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in a wide array of disputes, including will and trust contests, claims of undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity, accounting actions, proceedings to interpret, modify or terminate trust instruments, and actions to remove or surcharge fiduciaries.

Additionally, Mr. Brazel has significant experience in real estate and commercial litigation, including navigating business divorces and partnership disputes, as well as handling disputes involving breach of contract, fraud and business torts.

Mr. Brazel is committed to developing efficient and creative resolutions. He works closely with clients to define strategy and achieve their goals from pre-suit through trial.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Brazel was an attorney at a full-service law firm in Tampa, where he litigated fiduciary and commercial disputes.

While in law school, Mr. Brazel received seven book awards and was a notes and comments editor for the Florida Law Review.
