Olivia Brown

Olivia Brown is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight’s Jacksonville office. Based in Florida, Ms. Brown counsels private equity, venture capital, real estate and fund of funds (FoF) clients across all major markets, with a focus on formation, operation and maintenance of private investment partnerships.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Brown was an attorney in the Washington, D.C., office of a Am Law 15 firm. During this time, she practiced in a similar capacity by advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and public companies on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance matters.
