Overview

Richard Brown is a highly experienced financial services attorney who primarily focuses on asset-based financing, leveraged credit facilities, and other syndicated and bilateral secured financing transactions. He also has an in-depth background in supply chain finance and other forms of trade finance, factoring, bank treasury services and letter of credit transactions. In addition, Mr. Brown has represented administrative agents and lenders in restructurings and workouts of syndicated and bilateral credit facilities.
