Gina L. Bulecza is an experienced Jacksonville attorney and member of Holland & Knight's Litigation Section. Ms. Bulecza focuses her practice on matters related to consumer financial services, representing clients in federal and states courts, and insurance litigation.

Ms. Bulecza has extensive experience representing financial institutions and servicing companies in all aspects of litigation involving contested mortgage foreclosures, real estate transactions, title issues and bankruptcy. Her experience further includes defending claims arising under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), among other state and federal consumer protection laws.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Bulecza worked in multiple areas of commercial and civil litigation.
