Franklin A. Carcamo

Franklin A. Carcamo is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the Corporate, M&A and Securities Section. Mr. Carcamo focuses his practice on representing both insureds and underwriters in matters involving transactional risk products, including the issuance of representations and warranties insurance (RWI) policies in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Carcamo was a corporate/M&A attorney at a large international law firm in New York City, representing public and private companies, private equity sponsors and investors in domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, strategic transactions and a broad range of general corporate matters. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of the legal, commercial and strategic considerations that drive successful dealmaking.

Mr. Carcamo is bilingual and conducts business in both English and Spanish.
