Overview
Daniel Carlin is a New York real estate attorney who focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Carlin represents lenders in real estate financing transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine loans, permanent and construction loans, and loans intended for securitization as commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Mr. Carlin also represents developers, owners and investors in the purchase, sale, leasing, financing and development of retail, office, hospitality, multifamily and mixed-use properties.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Carlin served as a summer law intern at the Office of the New York State Attorney General in the Real Estate Finance Bureau.
