Overview
Claudia Carollo is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Carollo focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing.
Ms. Carollo represents institutional developers, investors and lenders in connection with the creation and governance of residential, commercial and mixed-use condominiums and cooperatives. She also advises clients on the negotiation and sale of residential and commercial condominiums and cooperative inventory. In connection with this work, Ms. Carollo regularly appears before the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Carollo was an associate at a boutique New York City real estate law firm. While in law school, she interned at an organization that offers legal assistance to people with mental disabilities and served as editor-in-chief of the Fordham Environmental Law Review.
