Sofia M. Carvajal

Sofia M. Carvajal is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Carvajal focuses her practice on tax and corporate law. Ms. Carvajal has experience drafting, reviewing and analyzing commercial contracts, bylaws, shareholders' agreements and other legal documents related to corporate and tax matters.

In addition, Ms. Carvajal assists the tax litigation team, particularly in the creation and review of legal documents for the filing of new lawsuits, as well as the consultation and review of previous lawsuits.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in her current role, Ms. Carvajal was a law clerk in the firm's Bogotá office, where she assisted with legal research on tax and corporate issues.
